Tots & Transitions is a supportive and playful 6-week series designed for parents and caregivers with children ages 6 months and up. Each week, we’ll explore a key theme- from emotional regulation and picky eating to movement, music, play, and everyday milestones. Led by local experts and grounded in real-life parenting, this group offers tools, connection, and community during one of the most tender (and tricky!) stages of early childhood. Whether your little one is starting solids, standing up, or just struggling with change, this is your space to grow through it together.
