Group Description
Pregnant mamas, this one is for you! Join a small, supportive community as you connect with other moms-to-be during these intimate gatherings designed to help you feel informed, prepared, and a little more grounded as you head into this next chapter. You’ll join us for five consecutive in-person 90-minute sessions featuring conversations with trusted local prenatal and postpartum experts. A prenatal nutritionist will cover topics like nourishing your body during pregnancy, navigating body changes, and setting yourself up for postpartum recovery. A psychologist will guide a conversation around preparing yourself and your partner for baby, touching on common fears, relationship shifts, and the emotional side of welcoming a new little person. You’ll also hear from a prenatal movement specialist who will walk through safe movement during pregnancy, ways to prepare your body for birth, and what to know about pelvic floor health and early postpartum recovery. A pediatrician will lead a session on preparing for the first month with baby — what those early weeks really look like, how to navigate newborn care, and when to reach out for support. Finally, a professional organizer and former postpartum nurse will share practical tips for setting up your nursery and home in ways that make those first weeks smoother, followed by a candid conversation about registry “must-haves” and what new moms say you can skip. Walk away with practical guidance, honest insight, and a group of moms going through the same season as you. Don’t miss this opportunity to learn, connect, and build real friendships as you prepare to welcome your baby.
