Hi Mama! We are so excited to have you join us in a future Take a MOMent cohort. Please submit this interest form to reserve your spot.

The total cost for the series is $450. Let us know when you are due or gave birth, and we will reach-out with upcoming group options.

  • Can baby come to the sessions? Yes! We actually prefer they are there with you (as long as you are comfortable) 

  • How many moms will be in each group? We cap each group at 12 mamas! 

  • What happens if I can't make a session? We can zoom you in!
